Terms of Service

By accessing or utilizing aStamp via its API, or by uploading processing assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the watermarking engine. Automated access is permitted only through the documented API with valid rate-limit compliance.

You retain all rights to the media you upload. aStamp acts solely as a processor. Your uploaded content is processed in-memory and discarded upon download — we do not store, cache, or retain original images beyond the active processing session.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you process does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. aStamp reserves the right to refuse service for content that violates applicable DMCA statutes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

In no event shall aStamp, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
