Our process for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

01. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been processed through aStamp without authorization, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Description of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

02. Counter Notice

If you believe your content was incorrectly identified as infringing, you may file a counter notice with our DMCA agent containing the required information under 17 U.S.C. 512(g).
