Security First

Privacy Policy & Technical Transparency.

Our architecture is built on the principle of data non-persistence. We process your visuals with surgical precision, ensuring your identity remains your own.

01. Introduction

At aStamp, we believe that your digital assets deserve protection without compromising your privacy. This policy outlines how our precision engineering infrastructure handles metadata, pixel arrays, and session logs.

Unlike traditional image processors, our pipeline is designed for ephemeral execution. Your data exists within our compute clusters only for the duration of the watermarking operation.

02. Data Collection Protocols

Technical Metadata

We capture browser environment data to optimize processing performance for your specific hardware configuration.

Non-Storage Policy

Original images are never written to disk. Processing occurs in-memory and is purged immediately upon download completion.

03. Image Processing Architecture

Our watermarking engine utilizes pixel-blending algorithms optimized for batch throughput. During this process, we analyze the luma and chroma values of your image to determine optimal placement for the watermark.

Encryption: AES-256 for all temporary session IDs
Network: TLS 1.3 Transport Layer Security
EXIF: Stripped on every output — non-negotiable

04. Security Protocol

We employ defense-in-depth security. Image bomb protection via Pillow's MAX_IMAGE_PIXELS cap prevents decompression attacks. Format validation uses magic-byte sniffing, not file extensions.

Rate limiting is Redis-backed per-IP to prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile is activated on bulk endpoints exceeding 5 images per request.

05. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we operate on a data non-persistence model, there is typically no stored data to retrieve or delete.

IP addresses are retained for 30 days for abuse investigation purposes, then purged automatically. Abuse reports are retained indefinitely for legal compliance.
